Global:
Major Permission system overhaul.
This fixes:
- Error while remembering temp permissions (Creative > Worldedit).
- Crashes while the plugin loads the DB at the same time.
- Joining will equal Main Thread lag
- Reading/Writing permissions to the DB causing Main Thread lag
- Forgetting Group/User permissions.
New vanish system.
Factions:
Closed until release finished.
Prison:
Closed until finished.
Hub:
Awesome new hub in the works.
Fixed Voting messages.
