Reason why it should be added: I wanted to make a rail cart system for my town and this would make it be possible to make a working train that would make the rail cart system way much cooler. Check out some videos on how it works and you can see how cool it is.

From hat i can see that would interrupt redstone builds with minecarts, and It adds a lot of things to go wrong, I'll look for a simple plugin (or make one) that JUST allows linking of minecarts.
