Hello Tau here again, today ill be helping likely a new staff member, and today will be showing you the punishment system.
Please note: These guidelines are just a reference (used for showing you what and how we tolerate things), the actual punishment depends on what the user does.
<Forums>
<<If the user has 12+ Warning points, Ban them if they commit another offence>>
(PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE ONLY GUIDELINES, USE COMMON SENSE, AND THE RULES OF THE SPECIFIED SERVER)
Spaming:
- Small Scale Spam (8 Warning Points)
{If the user already has 8+ Warning points you should ban them}
- Large Scale Spam (Ban)
- Advertisement of other sites for direct return of profit or other large benefit (SPAM, and leave default options)
- Advertisement of other servers (Ban)
Abuse/Harassment:
- Small Trolling or abuse (4 Warning pints)
- Trolling or abuse (8 Warning points)
- Giving out Personal details : This includes (Ip's, Real names, and other such things)
{If the victim finds this offencive, contact the Harasser, and make a decision based on that info, Depending on severity}
- Flaming or Rant Inducing threads/posts : Delete them if they're too annoying, otherwise, let them work it out.
Ban Appeals/Reports
- If you think someone is Forging evidence : If you feel that someone has forged evidence, Confer with involved users, secretly, and do not disclose the Fact that you Think the Evidence is forged, after the discussion if finished, and you've contacted everyone you think may know, Then contact them saying that you think they forged Evidence, and see if they're "Opinion" changes.
- Forging Evidence : If you KNOW that they did indeed forge evidence, Ban them, However, if it was just a joke that someone did- WITHOUT REPORTING THEM WITH THAT EVIDENCE & THE VICTIM BEING PUNISHED
This would fall under minor trolling, a prank, as it has no major effects on the user.
- Posting On Appeals/Reports threads without ANYTHING valid being said, 4 Warning points.
- Not Following the Appeal/Report Format, Lock the thread and tell them to.

- Chat Spamming : Warn > 10 Minute mute > 1 Hour mute > 2 day Ban > Perm ban
{If the user looks like they won't stop, directly after the 2nd offence, deal with them, as you see fit}
- Msg Spamming : Contact the victim, to see if they're being annoying, then deal with them as you see fit using the above rules as a guideline.
- Tpa or other spamming, Deal with them using the above rules at a baseline.
Cheating:
- Dupes, Depending on what harm came to the server/other users, via using these dupes
(aka, How This user affected other users by Her/His Cheating) punish them accordingly.
- Exploits, As its hard to cover all exploits, Just punish them for how much damage they did to other people/the server.
- Xray - Perm ban
- Killaura - Perm ban
- Hacked client/Other 5 day ban/Perm ban.
- Other hacks exploits, use the above as a reference.
{The Reason I'm being so harsh on hackers, as they KNOW what they're doing is wrong, if they read the rules}
{As Well as it just being common sense}
Ban Appeals:
As you may know, the punishment system is a little harsh, and i wanted it to be, as then, ONLY users that ACTUALLY care about this server will bother to make a ban appeal unless it looks something like This.
Thus i want you to be considerate of their position, and don't base why/how YOU would do something, on what they did, you're two different people, anyhow.
