Your IGN: GoogleImaged
Server for the suggestion: Network Wide
Suggestion: Add Player Servers that are private to players and the player's friends
Reason why it should be added: This would be a cool way to mess around and play with your friends. You could choose what world you want, change the icon of the server, and even choose the plugins you want for it. Also, imagine it was free to make one so you and your friends can play on the most custom server you have ever wanted. Think about it..... :)

Though this a good idea. Choosing the plugins you want is quite an issue for tau ( he prob likes working his butt off but anyways). This could go well with the minigames server however

No, No, NO, and overall no.

No 1) Players can already interact.
No 2) You cannot change the server icon like that, bungee wasn't designed for it.
NO 3) If i were to let players choose what plugins they wont, Let me think... What could possibly go wrong, Well, A Plugin has many Apis... It's also allowed to use Java's ENTIRE LANGUAGE in bukkit. That means, You could write a plugin to destroy the entire DS or worse. leak players IP's etc (Allowing you to dox them) Not very nice

The server already uses ~11G of ram idle. Just with the 8~ or so servers we have.
If you want to have your own plugins and your own server just for your friends, You can host one on your PC for free. Additionally the world is 30KM On survival alone!
Thats huge!
Each world is a new instance of most components of the game (and most plugins that do ... anything mediocre)

This is why almost no skyblock servers (Or plugins) create a new world for each island, that would be insane!
This is also why running a network requires more ram than by running a simple multiworld server, While running a complete new instance of the game is one thing, creating a new world to run is less (Mainly because of the plugins not needed to be re-opened in their own instances), However, You still need a new instance of most of the world management components, Block Physics, Player interactions and APIs regarding that, Chat processing, The network Mgr needs to keep track of MUCH more stuff (We all know how bad it is as it is) and a lot of other things. Oh, And this game isn't Multithreaded to any discernible extent.

20 worlds? Enjoy your 50% Simulation speed.
On the other hand
20 players on one server? No prob brah.

Perhaps if this game was developed to be modded extensively, or just developed efficiently, This wouldn't be a big issue, However that is not the case.
