Reason why it should be added: I believe it should be added because when your enderchest gets full and you want to put more things in a private place other than your base, how can you do that. Only certain staff members have the ability to go in gamemode and get shulker boxes to put in an echest. But even after that only some staff members could have this ability.

Equivalent already added as of 1.9.

Use your Enderchest and Shulker boxes for a total of 792 inventory slots Or 13.5 Double chests of space, the Equivalent of 13.5 Large Player Vaults.

If we where to add Player Vaults, even only one of them, that would expand your storage to a total of 2,250 slots, Thats madness. There would be next to no risk of losing anything if your base where to be raided.
