Unless we make a recourse pack for it (In that case we can use any sound we like) we'd need to make a sound by manipulating the already existing sound assets in-game. @Matthewtrains

From hat i can see that would interrupt redstone builds with minecarts, and It adds a lot of things to go wrong, I'll look for a simple plugin (or make one) that JUST allows linking of minecarts.

This is a quick bugfix for skyblock, Players not being able to use ender chest (Blocks) and possibly losing their items after using them. If anyone is STILL losing items please comment below.
